Enclosure Design
Each AAL Series loudspeaker provides efficient, low bass response by utilizing a vented/bass reflex enclosure design. This design provides optimum low frequency response and maximum efficiency.
High Frequency Response
AAL systems use a piezo (or piezo-electric) tweeter which contains a piezoelectric crystal coupled to a mechanical diaphragm. The dynamic mass of the piezo offers a response which is very fast. Piezo tweeters offer a quality high-frequency sound source in a rugged, high-efficiency package.
Midbass
A mid-bass driver makes this system function well in the critical midrange region that contains sounds easily distinguished by human ear, including musical instrument fundamental notes and, most importantly, human voice.
Low Frequency Drivers
Woofers in all of the AAL systems utilize Finite Element Analysis (FEA) designed motor structures with high temperature aluminum voice coil formers, and massive strontium ferrite magnet assemblies for maximum energy transfer and excellent cone control. A composite pulp cone and foam surround completes the woofer design. This configuration provides optimum low frequency response and maximum efficiency.
